Norm Praet is a founding member and the managing partner at Brownlee Whitlow & Praet, PLLC where he focuses his efforts on improving the legal services experience for BWP clients and employees, as well as overseeing the commercial real estate practice. He serves as General Counsel to the Apartment Association of North Carolina, the Triangle Apartment Association, the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Education Foundation, and the Rental Housing Alliance, Inc. super-PAC, and serves as a trustee of the National Apartment Association PAC. Mr. Praet has worked in the rental housing industry for 19 years and enjoys working to better the industry.
